It is located three blocks from the center square in New Oxford Borough, Conewago Valley School District. Tenants pay 30% of their income towards rent. HUD provides subsidy. There is no minimum income requirement. 

McIntosh Court

1815 Center Mills Road, Aspers, PA 17307

McIntosh Court opened 1989. There are 12 townhomes designated for general population with a preference given to farmworkers. Renovations are currently underway with new heating/air conditioning systems and new siding being installed. There are ff-street parking spots and on-site laundry facilities.  Tenants pay 30% of their income towards rent with USDA-Rural Development providing subsidy. There is no minimum income requirement. The complex is located in the Upper Adams School District.
