The ACHA, PICPI, and Turning Point Interfaith Mission each provide rental communities for those in need. Each community has its own waiting list and families must meet certain income requirements to be eligible (i.e. families with incomes below 50% of area median income) in order to apply. In addition, the management team does credit and criminal screening for all applicants. The units are filled as vacancies occur. The family’s contribution is based on income and generally rents are 30% of the family's adjusted income.
