Position: Maintenance Technician
Job Category: Maintenance
Type: Full-time, Hourly Employee

This position is responsible for performing diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain residential and commercial equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the organization’s business goals and objectives.

We are looking for individuals that meet the following:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Reliable
  • Knowledge of basic building systems
  • Prior maintenance experience 
  • Maintain valid driver’s license and current personal auto insurance in order to drive agency vehicle.

Position: Administrator of Finance
Job Category: Accounting/Finance
Type: Full-Time, Salaried Employee

This employee is responsible for all aspects of accounting work in the Finance Department and knowledge of HUD, PHFA, and RHS Accounting procedures is preferred. This employee works closely with and will report to the Director and Deputy Director on a monthly basis.

We are looking for individuals that meet the following:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance 
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in preparing budgets and year end reports for state and federal agencies
  • Experience in preparing financial statements 
  • Experience in maintaining receivables, payables, financial statements, and general ledgers.
  • Experience in preparing quarterly federal, state, and local payroll tax returns
  • Experience in preparing monthly state payroll tax forms and submit all forms to appropriate federal, state, and local offices in a timely manner
  • Experience processing payroll (i.e. taxes, employee deductions, employer deductions, retirement, etc.)
